We show up to each event an hour prior to our start time. There may be situation where you may want us to come and set up prior to that. Maybe it's because your ceremony and reception are being held in the same room. Or perhaps we could have to go through the area where your ceremony is being held to get to the reception area. Then you may want us to come early. Have the booth set up ready to go with us on stand by. These are examples where this comes into play.
